The Society of Illustrators will be highlighting the Marvel artwork of Joe Quesada in an upcoming exhibit at their New York City headqaurters. Scheduled to open October 15, Highlights from The Marvel Art of Joe Quesada: Selected by Joe Quesada will showcase Quesada’s original artwork from across his 28-year career with Marvel.

“I’m so incredibly honored to be invited by the Society of Illustrators to display some of my work,” Quesada tweeted. “As a kid in art school who went there often, and dreamt that maybe someday I’d have a piece displayed there, this is more than I could ever have hoped for.”

The exhibit is scheduled to run from October 15 to November 23, with a ticketed “An Evening with Joe Quesada” scheduled to take place November 5.

“If you’re in the neighborhood between October 15th and November 23th, stop by and check it out,” Quesada added. “The Society is such a historic building and collection, it’s well worth it as there’s plenty more to see than just my work.”

Highlights from The Marvel Art of Joe Quesada is scheduled to be exhibited in the 2nd floor gallery at the Society of Illustrators, which is located at 128 East 63rd Street in New York City.
